The tension in the room, awaiting the route.
Everyones’ blank, just like a shoot.
Twitching fingers, stroking hair.
Nothing can stop, my despair.
Here he comes, to take my plight.
Boy-oh-boy, I’m gonna fly!
Casual chats, to soothe my soul.
No-oh-no! I can’t control.
Getting in, into the seat.
Nothing feels, more real then it.
The moment has come, to prove my worth.
Everything boils down, to this great mo.
The silent deep sound of hum,
Keeping myself, ever so calm.
Moving off, my heart beats.
Uncontrollably, like a rock beat.
All goes well, I cheekily grin.
The next stage comes, the real chagrin.
Round and round, here we go.
Yes-ahh-yes! I steal the show!
“Go Back” I hear, the words so clear.
Time and time, will kill my fear.
Counting down, to the moment I stop.
Finally do, I jump on the spot.
The longest walk, so it seems.
Into the bright room, I patiently sit.
Fickle me, uncertain mind.
Worrying much, oh why should I.
The man in white, comes to me.
The first few words, to jolt my peace.
Smile and reply, so do I.
Everythings fine, yes right aye ?
