The Night

Laying on my bed
I stare and see
The thoughts and worries
That infuses me

Anxiety, Anguish, Agony
The three that whispers
Throughout the night
There is some kind of thriller

So lonely if only
I can be there to see
Looking at your back
It satisfies me

Faith, Trust, Love
I wonder is this a test
I kneel and pray
Hoping the outcome is the best

Be safe and sound
When I am not around
Who lurks around the corner
I hope its not a clown

As I lay down and write
Darkness engulfs the late of night
I wonder oh wonder
When will you be by my side
